Our People

Seiferling Law was established late in 2017 by Larry Seiferling and Steve Seiferling. Seiferling Law saw the need for a specialized law firm in the area of labour and employment law in Saskatchewan, which could provide advice to businesses on all areas of labour and employment relations, with strong and focused expertise and knowledge. 

Larry and Steve combine for over sixty years of experience in providing labour and employment advice in Canada, and work in all areas of labour and employment, including labour relations, employment relations, human rights, occupational health and safety, construction law, and human resources work with customizing policies and practices for your company.

Larry Seiferling, Q.C.

Larry has worked in labour and employment law since the early 1970s, when he finished his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Larry has a comprehensive knowledge of labour and employment law in Saskatchewan, and across Canada. His knowledge of construction industry labour relations is unparalleled in Saskatchewan, and he regularly advises clients on complex and emerging areas in labour law.

Since 2006, Larry has been recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in Canada" in the areas of Labour Law, Employment Law, and Human Rights Law.

Managing Lawyer

Steve Seiferling

Steve has a number of years of experience, both in Ontario and Saskatchewan, with labour and employment law. After completing a law degree at the University of Saskatchewan, Steve spent time at the Federal Court, the University of Ottawa, and in practice in Ottawa, before returning to Saskatchewan. In addition to a number of years of private practice in Saskatchewan, Steve has experience working in house with a large natural resources company.
